It certainly does for me. To me the historically greatest weakness of Oracle Corp. is in installation. For example I can conclusively prove that no-one inside of Oracle tested the RAC installation for 9.2.0.4 with RedHat Linux on a clean box. Or that if they did they were dead drunk at the time. Had anyone actually done it they would have realized it is impossible without manual tweaks.
