There should have been a trace file generated with this error. Look in the alert log to see which file the error generated. There's a 7445 lookup tool on metalink which allows you to paste in the call stack copied from the trace file and look up the root cause. It gives a list of matches or near matches. From there you can sometimes, most times find resolutions. Just put 7445 in the Metalink search field. looked it up meself: Note 208922.1 is what you're after.
