there's a comp.software.shareware.announce I thought there was a comp.software.announce but I'm wrong. there's a php.general

My comment was in the context of why we jumped on this poster but not those of someone else. In that context I stand by my remark. (note this is an oracle.misc issue)

And IMHO, that posting did not have any merits deserving to be in oracle.misc
