Others have given you the answer, I'm just going to question your sanity :( Why are you converting a temp tablespace to a permanent one? If you want a new tablespace create one. If you want to drop a temp tablespace (because you have more than one maybe) then drop it - but why store temporary objects in a permanent tablespace if you can store them in a temporary one?
