Can ou explain what any of this has to do with Oracle? What is
SSORunning? What is BIF? What is dcmctl? It certainly isn't part of the
Oracle RDBMS server which you might note is the subject matter of this
usenet group. And that error message is definitely not an Oracle RDBMS
error message.
