Please answer for me the following questions - Do you think 7.3 is still supported
- Do you think any version of 7.3 has ever been certified by Oracle on Win XP
- Do you assume all Microsoft products are 100 percent downwards compatible.

So *WHY* are you even trying to install it and wasting your time?
