OCI wrapper library

Hi!



Does anyone have an example how to write an OCI wrapper library, that I
could replace the Oralce OCI library with my own (renaming original one).
Then whatever OCI call is made, ends up to my library where from I can pass
it on, or modify it before that?



Any pointers are welcome.
