dude. noway.
last night, after applying SP4, the service "Task Scheduler" hanged upon startup.
it turned out that it needed to have the service "Protected Storage" running, which had been stopped and set to manual. Believe me, that was not an easy error to debug.

that is just way too funny that you mentioned it. made my day.
