Daniel,
To create the database there was a script previously used to reate databases on other machines. The database was running OK. It was shutdown for a while then started again and one of nodes crahed - OS problem, not Oracle. After repair (there was no backup for this node - only OS) it was started again. But... failed with ora 3113 node is not that which was repaired.
Could be this problem of HW or OS - based?
