DBCA cannot run

I have installer Oracel 9i 9.2.01 on Red hat Linux 8.0 , (the pc is PII 266+512M Ram)

after the installer the Oracle success , I want to create a database through
DBRA , then I type

[oracle_at_redhat80 oracle]$ dbca

but nothing happen , no error message , no popup window , the pc isn't hang too , the DBCA seems cannot run .

do anyone know what it is the problem ?
