JL, the correct answers depend on your data, which columns are indexed, and how the data is accessed, but in general it is unlikely you will need to reorganize the indexes very often. Updates that change the value of indexed columns and delete activity are the two primary drivers that may make index re-organization necessary usually to reclaim space more than improve performance.

You may want to consider building this table in its own tablespace to separate it from your existing small tables.
