I have set the paging file to 1024 which Oracle recommended. I select the defaults for the infrastructure build to make thing easier, however it fails out on me with the Database Configuration Assistant. The name of the host is TEST. However, oracle automatically assigns the host name to the name of the directory in which the installation occurs. So, if my directory that i install to is called 9iAS, then when it's running through the DB Config test it looks for a host called 9iAS.domain.com. It's very odd. After that, it seems everything else fails. I am reinstalling right now to get more information. Have you ever run the infrastructure with no problems? What kind of settings do you have when you do it?

Thanks for your help.
