Hi Howard,

There are significant architectural differences:

  1. Rollback Segments are round is shape whereas Undo Segments are more squarish in an oblong sort of way
  2. Rollback Segments have a gothic, medieval feel about them whereas Undo Segments are more kinda semi-detached, English middle-class bungalow structures
  3. Rollback Segments are cleaned out via a conventional shower like mechanism with floral tiles whereas Undo Segments have 4 person spas and visitor toilet facilities

and then there's all that header stuff that Jonathon mentioned.
