• uninstall using the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI)
• then delete the entire ORACLE_HOME
• If your datafiles are outside the ORACLE_HOME (e.g. in an oradata dir) you can manually delete them (search them with 'find /<startdir> - name "*dbf" -print' where <startdir> is the place to start searching). )
