Here is a script I use for starting/stopping Oracle servers: http://www.dotcomsolutionsinc.net/products/installgen/sol_901_32bit_files/in stallgen_sol901_11_.html

By uncommenting some of the lines of this script, you can also use it for OEM/OMS servers.

You may download a demo version of Installgen (which creates these scripts) so that you may conveniently look at or modify the scripts on your own computer:
