I didn't bother to find official requirements, but from my experiences minimum HW is:
any nowadays CPU, in fact everything above 400 Mhz 256MB RAM as minimum, but 512MB much better cca 2GB of disk space <- but that size depends on size of you database, 2 gigs are just for binaries plus one tiny database with only system tablespace with minimal size. Even for playing with, you need about 5GB.
