jazn.jar Security tool problem OC4J (9i)...

Hello,

Oracle9iAS (9.0.2.0.0) Containers for J2EE

I am having a problem with a fresh installation of OC4J, it is that any command I run with "java -jar jazn.jar" throws a "SecurityException: Unable to locate a login configuration" I haven't been able to add user, edit roles etc... can anyone advice what could be wrong or what I can do to fix this?

Also I haven't found in all the doc the way for changing the default security from XMLUserManager to JAZNUserManager for all the applications in the %J2EE_HOME%\config\application.xml
