Haha..you lost Daniel. I have used Oracle 9i for a week now. It seems my "facts" are not totally screwy since many in this post have agree with my facts. And you have only pointed to a SINGLE factual mistake (listener on client) which is more due to my confusion over Oracle's overly complex client connectivity.
