So you should have a password file

So you are authenticated by the OS (i.e member of the ORADBA/ORA_DBA group).

Is it possible that the password file is corrupted and that the NT service relies on that? How to find out if that is true? May be edit the properties of the service and make it login to the domain with exactly the same account as you used when interactively starting the database (with svrmgrl).
