Put me on your coffee list, I also can't find that very newsletter. Under newsletter link is last one from September 2001 and this:

The newsletter is no longer posted to this web site. It is emailed directly to subscribers only. However, some old copies of the newsletter are still archived here.

So I'm still serching for March 2002.
