Problems with autostart an instance

Hello,

first sorry for my english.

I have an 8.1.6 Oracle Database, and a Win2000 Server SP2.

I have installed Oracle and config the server to start the instance at the start of the server. That runs.

The clock of the server runs wrong he has the year 2005, i change to 2002, after that the servicemanager display the service "will be started" ( it was display in german "wird gestartet") .

He didn´t start the service. If i try to start the instance with the instance
manager the database start in 10 sec.

can someone help me?
