Dear master-dba.
I believe that SQL Server would be a far superior product to any produced by any other company and encourage you to immediately migrate to it. I have no doubt you, and SQL Server have much in common and will really enjoy working with each other.
300MB is way to large for Oracle to handle, Oracle is far to expensive for anyone to use, and it does not have nearly the performance and scalability as demonstrated over the years by the fact that everyone is abandoning Oracle and moving to SQL Server.
No doubt others, like me, will treat you leaving our group and posting your questions at comp.databases.sqlserver with all of the emotional trauma deserved.
