SQLPLUS error after the installation of oracle 9i

After my succesfully installation of oracle 9i i received this error when i try to start sqlplus

$ sqlplus

Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

others informations :

solaris 8

oracle 9i enterprise

any hints, help will be appreciated !!!
