100% with you, Galen. An omnibus certification is like the product itself: no-one needs all of it at once. What would be nice is that Oracle segment the product, then have pricing and certification by segment. Like that one can pick what one needs from the menu.

Case in point, we had to buy Enterprise Edition just because we needed Materialized Views...
