ER Diagramming Tools

All:

I am looking for a good tool to buy which can do reverse engineering. I

am looking for relatively cheap tool because we have already designed the schema, and we have implemented the db using the scritpts. I need the tool for documentation. Can anybody suggest if there is any package

available for about $1000.00 give or take which can output the e-r diagram in pdf format or postscript.
