Recommendations at Solaris 2.8 level for new Datawarehouse

We are about to build a 1 tb data warehouse. I will use a 16k blocksize.

Looking for recommends mostly at the kernel level but also any init.ora recommendations will be appreciated. Recommendations on stripe size, blocksize, max_io_size and the like would be great.

The box will be an e65k
I think it will have A5400's behind it.

Will run latest release of VXFS.
