ArcServeIT for Oracle8.1.6 on Netware5.11

We installed four instances of Oracle8.1.8.1.2 Database on Novell Netware5.11 and we want to make hot backups with ArvcserveIT6.6. Databases with Oracle 8.1.5 and 8.0.4 have no problems.

Now we have these situation:
Mostly one of the instances are beeing saved correctly, but the others are going done with these failure:

Errors in file DATEN:\ORA816\ADMIN\orgacard\BDUMP\ORGAckpt.TRC:

ORA-00206: Message 206 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=O]
ORA-00202: Message 202 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=O]
ORA-09205: Message 9205 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=A
OSD-02073: unable to write to file (OS 16)

Till then we make:
- Check the netware installation

Configure the jserver (deinstall, install, set the parameters in the init<SID>.ora
with and without setting backupmode
the file listener.log is open in ArcserveIT mostly
Creating new controlfiles
a new installation of oracle without creating a standard database and without installing the jserver

I have now no idea! Please help.
