| They are installed if you chose Database Administration Utilities...
|
| The Oracle names are SQLPlus Worksheet and DBA Studio
|
| The are in the bin directory of your Oracle_Home, BUT - they are java-based
and
| are not 'runnable' - the shortcut created for them references a batch file
| called oemapp.bat and adds the particular tool name after that...check your
| 'installed products' list using the Universal Installer to see if you have
them
| installed, and, if not, install them..
|
| hth,
'OK' there has to be something wrong now, I have looked for SQLPlus worksheet and DBA Studio and still cannot find them. I have even uninstalled Oracle and then re-installed it creating a full installation this time and still cannot find them. Everything else works fine, I can get into SQLPlus and create users etc...
What am I doing wrong?
I have 2 CD's, 1st I install the developer CD and then the Personel
8i CD. Are you sure SQLPlus worksheet and DBA Studio do come
with this version? All I want to do is add user accounts using the GUI
which I have used before on another machine and I'm stumped, amy
more ideas???
Thank you
Chris Val
