Importing specific tables out of an oracle dumpfile

hello dba's,

does anybody know, if it's possible
to determine which tables are existing
in an oracle-dumpfile which was generated with exp.exe?

or is it only possible to import all tables or to import a specific table which is known by name.

what can i do if i do not want to import all tables, but give the user the possibility to select the table he wants to import.
but for this i must know, which tables are existing in the dump. in the oracle-doc i can't find anything helpful.

every help is very welcome
