8i taking up all CPU time

Hi,

we have a very disturbing problem, with
Oracle 8i EE on NT 4 (SVP 6):

After running for a random time, the oracle process all of a sudden takes up all CPU time!!

We can't access / shutdown etc. Oracle, only a NT reboot helps.

Any hint would be great!
