Developer 6 is called Developer 6, Developer/2000 is the name for the bundle of forms, reports, graphics, etc. previous to that (1.3.2, 2.1).

I heard Oracle doesn't sell "Developer" anymore, but they sell Forms and Reports as separate products.

I suspect their aim is to move people toward JDeveloper, but that will take a few years I imagine.
