how to connect to Management Server?

I have installed Oracle Enterprise Manager for Oracle 8i.

I can connect to OEM but I don't understand how to choose the Management Server in the "Oracle Enterprise Manager" login screen.

What combination of Administrator/Password and Management Server allow me to get through the login?

I have default settings. Database name is oracle instance name is orcl0
service string for oem repository is:
emachine:1521:orcl0

Any help would be appreciated. I haven't been able to find the answer in the documentation or previous posts.
