DEFAULT HOME: Developer 6 and WebDB2.2

Hello,

Please let me intoduce my question.

I want to install WebDB220 on Windows NT for training purposes (have a few years experience with HTML) , but don't know what to do with the DEFAULT_HOME of WebDB.
To make things more clear...........
First of all my system:

Windows NT, SP5,

Product               Directory                        Oracle HOME
Developer 6        E:\ORANT.                   DEFAULT_HOME
Designer 6          E:\ORANT.                   DEFAULT_HOME
Oracle 8.1.5       E:\ORANT\ORA8I        ORA8I
OAS 4081         E:\ORANT\ORAOAS   ORA_OAS

Everything works smoothly, I've put a lot of work in it and do not want to destroy it ......

I've read the installation notes of http://www.oracle.com/support regarding installation of WebDB 2.

Oracle states................

Another known problem: 'PL/SQL Toolkit failed to install, can not support multiple homes'. WebDB requires that it is installed in the DEFAULT_HOME. If you installed Database 8.1.5 in the default Oracle/Orahome81 directory it possibly resides in the DEFAULT_HOME. This is a catch22 because WebDB must be in the DEFAULT_HOME but cannot be installed in the 8.1.5 home. You must either at this point reinstall the database or search the registry entries where VALUE=DEFAULT_HOME and change it to the WebDB home.

All Oracle 7 products must also be in the DEFAULT_HOME, and if they are located on the box, you will need to install WebDB into that home. End quote

QUESTIONS:
A: Do I have to install WebDB in directory E:\ORANT (where Developer 6 and Designer are installed as well), with Oracle home is DEFAULT_HOME B: Can I rename the DEFAULT_HOME of Developer and Designer in the NT Registry and install WebDB 2.2 in E:\ORANT\WEBDB22 with Oracle home is DEFAULT_HOME Thanks a lot in advance
