Archiving oracle data

We are currently looking for a product/method for archiving a portion of our
Oracle data.  We have a third-party call center product (Quintus) that
accesses an Oracle database.  We would like to archive rows from a table
that are over a year old.  We need to be able to access this archived data
quickly, when needed.  Can anyone recommend a product or company that
provides this type of service?  Thanks in advance.
