Graphical query/view designers?

Can anyone recommend graphical query & view designers for Oracle 8/8i which
resemble the design tools for MS Access & SQL Server?  Basically, something
to drag & drop tables together, graphically define joins & select result
columns, and create the resulting View e.g. via PL/SQL?
