  1.   try with AUTO EXTEND ON for the datafiles of tablespaces where u r trying to
store CLOB data.
  
  2.   what is the size of existing tablespace size and their datafiles AUTO EXTEND
option?
  
  3.   what is the amount of storage occupied in SYSTEM tablespace.
send once again all the details and my email too.
