CPU resource control

Hi,

I'm running one instance of 8.1.5 and 7.3.4 on the same Solaris 2.6 system (with 10 processors) and I wish to restrict the resources of each instance so that one doesn't take over the entire machine. I know I can restrict the amount of SGA of each instance but how do I restrict the processoring power so that they can only use 5 processors each. I'm running each instance as MTS. Thanks in advance
