Hi All,



I started using SQLserver two month ago for small database
applications, but is wondering how it's features compare with Oracle db.
Can anyone give me


an idea how popular is SQL server compared with Oracle, what's the strenght
of each?  What application area does Oracle used in, what about SQL server,
what's the TYPICAL hardware/OS platform Oracle running.
