ORA-12514

Anyone know anything about ORA-12514 error ?



(A web search just turned up a few other people saying they'd
encountered that error, and wished they knew what it is)



plus80 will connect to the db, but trying to use microsoft odbc driver
for oracle, yields ORA-12514....



microsoft odbc driver for oracle: version 2.573.4403.00
 Oracle Net8 Client 8.0.4.0.7A


 SQL*Plus 8.0.4.0.0A


 Plus80.exe 8.0.4.0.0
