Need help!

I have a 7.0.3 Oracle database and a SQL7.0 database.  The Oracle
database is populated the SQL7.0 is not.  I need to create the exact
same tables and fields in my SQL7.0 database.  How can I extract this
info from Oracle?  Any help would be appreciated.
