BLOBs (Again)

Regarding the Oracle Technet document 'WRITING BLOB/CLOB/BFILE CONTENTS TO A FILE USING EXTERNAL PROCEDURES'.
Has anyone ever got the C program to compile? I keep getting messages about unresolved external symbol _ociepmsg.

Maybe more of a C issue though ;-(
