Hello!

If you lost rhe registry you lost the NT-Service-Entry something like OracleService<SID>

first recreate the Service with the path of the init<sid>.ora file the sid of the Service must be the same as your old instance. you also tell oradim the internal password!

Alle Databse-files
controlfile, Datatfiles, redolog-files
should be in the same directory as the old installation

then you connect with internal , with svrmgr23.exe and try to startup the instance.
