Some commercial software are design with specific version of Oracle server
and use specific files (like dll) too. For example, if you have a product
design to work with Sql*Net 7.2. and you want to upgrade your server to
7.3.3 version, no problem, but when you upgrade your client to 7.3, you can
get some problem with this product. The Required Support Files 7.2 provide
compatibility for this kind of software... Install RSF only if you need it,
but there are no problem to install it without using it !
