Hi, Though I haven't used EBU, the message indicates that EBU is trying to
find the "MISSING.." file. This is because, a recovery was done on the
database and control file was recreated removing a probably damaged file.
"drop and rebuild" the tablespace which contains the "MISSING" file. You
should be able to register the database.
