error 12500 on PC client computer with sqlNet V2.0

We install Oracle 7.1.6 on HP UX 10.3 and sqlNet v2 . When we connect on the server as a client (using: sqlPlus login/password_at_listener_name.word), it workes.

Otherwise, when we try to connect on PC client with sqlNet v2, we obtain the error 12500 !!
