Install the Partitioning Option (it's on the Oracle **Enterprise** CD). You *must pay* for this option, it's not included in the price, even with Enterprise.

Easiest way is to create the partitioned version from scratch and then copy the rows over (i.e. with SQL or a flat-file dump).
