Is Oracle 8.0.4.2.2 on Solaris 2.6 Stable?

We are getting ready to upgrade from 7.3.4.  We are not going to use
objects, but we are interested in partitions.  We really want the thing to
be stable.   Is 8.0.4.2.2 stable on Solaris 2.6?
