I don't think you will have problems.
I would suggest you do a small test before just to be sure.

I am 98.6% sure that there should be no problem.

Like I said try exporting at small scale, may be a single table or two as a test. Look for the error if any, this should give you a hint if bigger export will work or not.

Only when you try then only you will know what the problem could be.

But, I think it should be similar to any export and then import without any gotchas or caveats.
