MetaLink?

I've been trying to get to Oracle's MetaLink website for two days. As far as I can tell, support/oracle/com is down much of the time. I got into it once and set up a userid and password with my CSI number, but after that when I tried to login I got the message "Document is empty." Suspecting that Java applets might be involved somehow, I tried the "minimal interface" branch but got "Error 502: Remote server down or not responding." I'm running Netscape 3.01 on Win 95.

Has anybody gotten this to work? Any suggestions? Thanks.
