Truncate on Oracle 7.2

Hi, sorry for my bad english.

I have a problem with a Truncate Table on Oracle 7.2 running on Netware. If my table have no index the Truncate Table have no problem, if I create just one index (no change changing column indexed) and I try to execute a Truncate Table Oracle give me a Internal error.

I'm waiting for Oracle Helpdesk but if someone knows if this is a bug or if thyere is a work around ..
